Welcome to the new official RuneScape Merch Store, with lots of exciting merch in the works to bring a little Gielinor magic IRL! 

Please bear with us - this is just the start of our new, bigger RuneScape store with new apparel, collectibles, collaborations, and limited-edition releases, all inspired by your adventures in Gielinor. 

Our opening collection features brand new Angels Scapes pins and keyrings plus select lines popular on the old store. Over the months ahead, expect regular new drops and plenty more surprises as the store evolves and grows.

Separate stores:

This is the ‘Rest of World’ (RoW) store that serves international customers outside of the USA. You know you’re on the RoW store because the URL always ends in .co instead of .com.

  – US & Canada store: runescapemerch.com

If you end up on a .com page on our USA + Canada store and you’re located outside of those countries, it should automatically redirect you to the same page on this store. VPNs might cast a confuse spell on this. 

Other things to bear in mind:

• Canadian customers can check shipping costs on both stores, but there may be extra customs if you choose to ship from the UK (the ROW stores).
  
  
• Neither store ships to Russia or Brazil.
  
  
• Orders aren’t complete until you’ve successfully paid and received a confirmation message. With very low stock, it sometimes happens that multiple people might have put a low stock product into their cart, only to find that it has sold out by the time they try to checkout. 
  
  
• Please be sure to login into relevant accounts ahead of time, for instance PayPal.
  
  
• Be aware that there are weight limits on a single order (depending on territory), which might prevent shipping options being available to your address.
  
  
• If you see someone posting about a particular product that didn't show up as in stock for you, remember that it might be in stock in their territory’s store but not in yours.
